- 4 slices ciabatta bread
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 roasted and marinated red pepper, halved
- 4 slices marinated pickled dill
- 8 basil leaves
- Olive oil
Preheat CHEF-BUILT Cast Iron Panini Grill to 325 F.
Brush the outer surfaces of the bread with olive oil.
Take the bread and build two sandwiches, layering up the prosciutto, turkey, cheese, red pepper, pickled dill, arugula and basil for the filling.
Put the sandwiches on the grill and cook for about 1 minute on each side. Press down with the grill assist handle until the sandwiches become golden and ridged.
