- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 roasted red bell pepper, seeds and skins removed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Put all the ingredients in blender jar and secure the lid.
Blend on low speed with the CHEF-BUILT Blender for 5 seconds.
Blend on high speed with CHEF-BUILT Blender until smooth (about 25 seconds).
