- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 small eggs
- 1 cup blueberries
Preheat the CHEF-BUILT Rotating Belgian Waffle Maker.
Combine all ingredients except the blueberries in the jar of the large blender and secure the lid.
Pulse until just combined.
Add the blueberries to the jar and stir gently with a spatula until just combined.
Pour enough batter into the preheated waffle maker to reach 1/2 inch from the edge. Close the waffle maker and cook to your preference.
